Earlier: Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a 79-year-old man reported missing from Carindale this afternoon (July 31).
He was last seen at a Modred Street address at approximately 4.30pm.
Police and family hold concerns for his welfare as he suffers from a medical condition and requires medication.
Police appeal to the man or anyone with information regarding his whereabouts to urgently contact police.
