The Dallas Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating the above Critical Missing Person Ms. Helen Valdez. On September 5, 2022, at approximately 11:30 a.m. Ms. Valdez was last seen in the 10300 block of North Central Expressway in Dallas on foot, heading in an unknown direction. Ms. Valdez may be confused and in need of assistance
She is described as a 73-year-old White female. Ms. Valdez is 5’2”, 150 pounds, and has salt and pepper hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a maroon V-neck shirt and blue jeans.
